I have just received this shoe and the laces are frayed almost to the point of snapping. Who can I contact to send me another lace?

I would say you could buy the laces anywhere but in principle you should request a replacement as not acceptable. Contact either the seller direct or through amazon. Hope this helps.

Is it for left handed children too?

Julie, thank you for your question. Our Wood Lacing Sneaker is not foot or hand specific. It will have your right handed or left handed little ones tying their right and left shoes in no time!
