Can you break open the capsule?

Thank you for your question. We do not recommend opening the capsule as exposing the contents would reduce the effectiveness and quality of the ingredients. Does this supplement contain Vitamin E?

I don't know why the other commenter replied no. It clearly states on the label that it contains vit E. You can read for yourself on the label photo and in the product description. E is needed in a lot of fat soluble supplements to prevent rancidity.

What is the colouring of the gelatin made from please?
