Would it clean stains on matteress?

Quite possibly. Spray on and work in, then spray another foaming coat over the top and leave for a while (don't let it dry out).Rub over with a stiff brush (a clean shoe polish brush is ideal) and you should see an improvement.Been using this stuff for a while and it really seems to get my car mats clean. Even removed a stain on some cloth car seats a while back.There may be cheaper dry foam cleaner around if you search for that, though.

Can you use this on leather seats?

Do you need a special cloth or brush to clean car seats?

When I use it I just use microfibre clothes. Works really well just don't use to much spray.
