the heating pad has a very weird smell. i’ve had them outside for a couple of days but smell doesn’t seem to go away, so far.

Excellent product
This is my second purchase of this product. It is so durable & very easy to use. Just pop it in the microwave. I have never had a problem with leakage. Great if you have aches & pains that need soothing. I bought this second one so I could apply to two areas at the same time. Very comforting. Quick relief.

It works
This heating pad really helped. I was trying to find something that wrapped around my neck, because I didn't have something that felt comfortable and fit the curvature of the neck. I also liked that it can be used for heat or cold. I used the heat because it feels a lot better than cold, but I was prepared to use it cold if the heat didn't work, but it did. It feels like an airline travel pillow, only better, it took care of my neck pain. Highly recommend.

This product is very well made and attractive. It has flannel on one side and cotton on the other, for steam heat effect. I use it at night on my neck while in a recliner, it is very comfortable and supportive. I do wish that the heat held a bit longer, but overall I like this product a lot and I highly recommend it.
