Do you lay gold side down or up ???

Gold side down. It's good stuff!

dose this help to keep laminate(floor) warm? I am looking for an underlay to give me the best warmness.

It is a good insulator but obviously it depends what you lay it onto. Mine is laid on top of fibreboard panels on joists and this reduces noise and helps with the insulation of the laminate flooring.

Do i leave a 10mm space by the walls or run it up the walls which will then be covered by skirting boards.

I run mine up to the edge of the wall so the bottom of the skirting board sits on top of the Sonic. Do not run it up the walls behind the skirting though.

Does this product come with vapor tape

No, I bought the tape separately. This product is very good by the way, well recommended.
