I just love my fireplace . I like that we can put it in any room and that is it freestanding . The fire looks so so real . The logs look real the sounds are real sounding . The style of it allows it to be enjoyed at any seating angle . The heater is good for a one room situation . It seems to be made well . I think it is a great value . It comes assembled completely . (I had to assemble my other one -put in logs etc was a major pain and it’s noisy ) it is lightweight on person can move . It has small handles on the sides near the top . There are multiple levels to change color flame and brightness . The remote control is nice but it also has buttons on unit in case remote is chewed by your puppy lol . The front is tempered glass. it is as quiet as a mouse if u have realistic fire crackle off . Other models make some noise hard to sleep around them . It is a beautiful fireplace and I am so pleased I purchased it . We purchased a few more after this one for other to s and we are not as satisfied at all with them compared to this model and brand . I will be replacing the others with these on time . You can use heat no flame flame no heat which is my fav ! It’s 86 degrees and I am sitting by the fire with my pups I love it :) . Place alone put in a fireplace mantel there are possibilities for you which adds to its value as well . I think you will be pleased .

I am very happy with this electric fireplace. It was easy to set up, looks elegant, and adds a cozy atmosphere to the room. It works great! Very aesthetically pleasing, you can even have it on just for looks without it blowing heat. Easy install for our project!

So cool! I moved into a home with a fireplace that had been sealed so I wanted an electric insert. This fits perfectly and looks very nice! I like being able to have the flames with or without heat! I left the heat on while we had dinner and when I came back to the room, it was nice and toasty! I turned the sounds on for a few seconds but felt they didn't add to its appeal.

Looks great. Had to do some customizing because the rough opening measurements were incorrect. Used black trim boards for filler from the back. There’s no fan speed adjustment just a temp setting with one speed.

This thing is great. It keeps you warm and has really cool flames. I enjoy listening to the simulated sounds of the flames.

Looks pretty, terrible quality as it doesn't work. Not exactly a warm and fuzzy calming experience. Shoddy workmanship, and a terrible seller to work with. The LCD control panel/display doesn't work. Which means you can't turn it on or off or even tell the temperature setting or even which function it's displaying when you do manage to run it with a remote. As it arrived broken like this, I want to return it. Trying to return it is a few days (so far) of a hassle, so buyer beware. Update: I had to ask Amazon A-Z team to get involved before it was resolved one week after. TEDIOUS experience with the seller refusing to provide a return label, and holding funds hostage with this broken fireplace.
