This face cream feels very nice on the skin, it’s light but thick enough to hydrate. It saved my skin that was dried out from salicilyc acid. Some say it has a sweet smell, but for me it’s barely noticeble. Edit: I absolutely cannot believe the failure of their customer service. I knew there was something wrong with batch 40601 - I asked for a replacement from Amazon as I thought the cream went bad, it smelled disgusting and it was rock hard in the pot. The replacement was from the same batch - same poor quality. Months later, I ordered a jar again but still had the same number, 40601 on it - and guess what, it smelled horrible too. I reached out to Upcircle and asked if it's usual for their product quality to vary between different batches, as I thought to myself I might need to go to a store somewhere to check the smell before purchasing. Customer service got back and lectured me about how the quality is the same each time. They did not offer a refund or a replacement, anything. I'm pleased to see they finally acknowledged their mistake. Unfortunately, I already threw away all those jars....£50 out the window.

This is genuinely a really good product, it absorbs really well and leaves my skin looking and feeling really nice. The scent is minimal and it doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy, I haven’t been using it long enough to say how it might improve my skin’s appearance long term but it has become my go to skin care product.

I love the texture of the cream and how my skin feels but the smell is strange - sort of a fusty smell. I get that there’s no artificial scent but it could do with some sort of natural, maybe essential oil, scent to improve it.

Second time buying this product. The first batch was absolutely on point, the texture, the smell the feeling & difference on the skin. However, I’m disappointed with the second batch. It does not smell good & the texture doesn’t have the same feeling.

Lovely thick, non greasy night cream. Have been using it for a few days, and already can see the difference in my skin . Seems to brighter and tye tone is becoming more even. Non scented , which is excellent for my sensitive skin. Had no reactions at all, just nice comfortable skin in the mornings. Will definitely keep using, and order again.

Very good and happy with products

Been using this every night, really smooth, a little goes a long way. Not greasy at all. Really creamy. My skin is feeling & looking so much better when using this with the other products. It is a little expensive but if you can get on a sale or with a discount for the first time definitely buy but you will be buying again, as will I.

The fragrance-free ingredients are great in theory but I just didn't feel my skin liked this. It didn't absorb very well either I thought. I love shea butter and you can't go wrong with hyaluronic acid and niacinamide but I felt this was quite clogging and slightly irritating. I noticed damaged skin felt more red than soothed and a few blemishes appeared on my forehead which is rare for me. I have stopped using it. It could be that the jojoba is too comedogenic for my skin or the Benzyl Alcohol doesn't agree with me. I really wish that it worked for me because I support the companies ethics and ingredients, but unfortunately it's not performed as I hoped. That said I'm giving it 4 stars in case it's my skin being reactive rather than the product and I may try UpCircle products in the future.

This is my favorite cream of any cream or lotion I've ever tried. It has an excellent score on Yuka, it feels like it actually sinks into and moisturizes skin, and it has a wonderful, natural scent with no added fragrance. Please make versions for hands and body!

Love this night cream, super hydrating. Skin feels soft and nourished in the morning. Have been using it every night for more than 2 months now and really happy with it.
