I bought these on the recommendation of a friend and had been suffering a little mentally at the time and thought why not after he had reported such good results. Bottom line is that I feel a lot better taking 1 cap a day for the last 5 months or so, the difference is incredible and I feel like I am the best I can be and the irritability and mood rollercoasters have all but vanished now. I feel calm. I feel composed and I feel like I am able to take on the lumps and bumps that life has to offer me so much better than I have been. I can see that it caused issues with another reviewer, however, that has not been my experience and I have had no weight or digestion trouble at all, in fact thanks to the mental shift I'm able to be a lot more healthy than I had before and am working more efficiently in the gym etc. Can't recommend this enough and there is no sudden crash bang but you gradually get to a much better place over a couple of day and then its maintained. Will never stop taking these.

Good quality product, I totally trust the brand. I have been buying their products for a few years now and I never had any side effects. They are a bit more expensive than other brands, but I prefer using their good quality products which always come in a glass jar. I highly recommend the brand!

I had high hopes for this as I am trying to get my blood sugar a bit more even as it's gone a bit haywire in my post-menopause. However it was not to be as it just gave me a stomach upset with rather too many visits to the loo each day. I persevered for a week but this side effect did not improve so I had to throw in the towel and throw the inositol in the bin! What a shame. The star rating is annoying as rating the value, easy to swallow and flavour is all a bit irrelevant in this case, although they were easy to swallow and had no flavour.
