Very sophisticated android box. This is my second and more vastly improved box. Takes some getting used to but it is definitely worth it. Try it!

Absolute rubbish. Ariel port doesn't work. Contacted seller, they appear to be aware of the problem but not interested in rectifying it. Similar problems reported on forums with same not interested response. Returning to Amazon. DO NOT BUY!

As an Android device this has so many faults running Kodi. Having spend hours tryjng to get things to play on the Android managed to get pictures great but sound awfull or sound but bad lip sync and picture so gave up and installed Libreelec, which is a lot better but limited when it comes to using VPNs . Very disappointed with this devices performance.

The unit is itself excellent. Simple to set up ( however, I had help) and operate. Straightforward to switch from KODI to normal T.V. and back. Only problem I have is the 'ADD-ONS' - which is I think outwith the profile of the Kodi box. N.B. I hear now there is a later model 'version 18???'

Bought the DVB-S2 device. When it works it works, otherwise it has a lot of problems. It keeps freezing at random intervals, and in random situations. When it freezes nothing short of pulling the cord can restart it. I mostly use it as a satellite receiver and it freezes all the time. Sometimes it even freezes as it is starting up, and I have to cut the power for a minute or so to get it running again. And if you are wondering, it is up to date in firmware and using the Android system. Worst investment ever, a cheap satellite receiver and an Android tv stick on a second HDMI input, would have been a much better solution.

Handy box, had it set up as a tv box but only use it for streaming now. Works well

After downloading manual and a few curses got someone that knows how to set up and now it works a treat only prob i found was with the sat it loads some but get less programs to watch than normal freeview as most locked. this being on a sky sat dish not a freesat dish. so to ask my neighbour if i can connect to his freesat dish. I got confused with kodi setup but had that setup for me too and works good enough for me.

You need to know a bit about using this box, instructions are a little confusing, the free sat side is also a problem because I still can't get my regular channels to line up numerically, it's all or nothing. But I still like it.

Ich nutze die wetek play 2 Hauptsächlich als media center dazu hab ich mir von libreelec das Betriebssystem installiert. Kodi ist zwar auch auf dem Standard Betriebssystem aber da hatte ich immer wieder Probleme und das TV bild (sat) war mir einfach zu schlecht . Man muss sich zwar ein bisschen einlesen aber es lohnt sich. Der wetek Support hilft einem auch wenn man fragen hat zu libreelec hat.

Ideal como centro multimedia a través de WePlayer / Kodi, la configuración del WePlayer / Kodi es un poco lenta. Tengo conectado un disco duro de 4 TB y va perfecto, reproduce todo tipo de archivos. Para usar algunas aplicaciones sería conveniente un teclado con bluetooth, con el mando es muy lento, el mando lleva una opción ratón pero no me convence. Tarda un poco en iniciar, una vez encendido es bastante rápido.

Mon retour d'expérience sur l'appareil est plutôt positif, elle permet de travailler avec tout le panel des applis Android sans difficulté. La télécommande n'est pas intuitive dans un premier temps on s'interroge sur la présence des touches à capsule au centre. L'interface n'est pas assez contrastée du coup la selection des choix n'est pas évidente dans les menus. L'appareil est bien construit, la présentation du coffret est de très bonne facture, et AMAZON toujours au top côté commercial et livraison. Je recommande au fan des box Android.

An sich eine gute Idee: Sat-Receiver und Netflix-Streaming in einem Gerät. Ich muss leider nach 4 Monaten berichten, dass das Gerät aus meiner Sicht eine totale Katastrophe ist. Dies ist meine erste Rezension und es tut mir leid, so viel Negatives zu schreiben. Wichtig ist aber, dass andere Käufer gewarnt werden. - Start-Screen ist völlig Überladen und wenig benutzerfreundlich - Fernbedienung ist absolut dämlich konzipiert, Tastenbelegung ist super unglücklich und es klickt bei jedem einzelnen Tastendruck - Nach automatischem Update startete das Gerät nicht mehr, musste zurückgesendet und vom Service neu installiert werden - Netflix funktioniert seit Wochen nicht mehr - weder die "richtige" Android-TV-Version noch die furchtbar zu bedienende Tablet-Version (man hat eine lächerliche "virtuelle Maus"-Funktion, mit der man die Bedienelemente ansteuern muss...) - Support reagiert nicht wirklich auf die Netflix-Probleme, es wird keine konkrete Auskunft gegeben, Lösungen sind nur Makulatur und ändern nichts an der Ursache. Ich habe leider zu lange gewartet, werde jetzt aber versuchen, das Ding und den gesamten Ärger wieder loszuwerden.

La calidad de imagen muy buena, es lento cambiando canales, el mando no vale para nada, te saca de quicio y además no hay manera de ordenar los canales. Por eso lo he devuelto.
