I waited for few days before I give a review since I wanted to make sure it will be objective, honest and helpful. I started taking this supplement more than 2 weeks ago along with selenium, beta glucan and AHCC. My pap smear came abnormal and I was diagnosed with HPV. I started searching online and found out that these supplements can help in building a stronger immune system and eventually aid in fighting & eradicating the virus. I have a very busy day. I am a single mom of two boys. I work out in the morning from 6-7am, work full-time from 8am-5pm and full time school from 6pm-9pm every weekdays. Taking these supplements all together has helped me tremendously! I have more energy and strength! Help me focus on my task and I really feel great physically and mentally. There is no denying that this product works wonders! I am more than satisfied with the result. This is now part of my day to day life! I truly and sincerely recommend this to anyone. I will be updating this post after I get my next pap smear in the next 6-8 months.

This B-complex is definitely a higher quality product and I love the fact that I have felt more enthusiastic about life and the longevity of my boosted energy levels on a daily basis have benefited me in many areas of life. I have cut my caffeine intake by almost half because I just do not seem to crave a cup of java as much as I used to, especially at my sleepier times of the day like after lunch. It is certainly a high-potency product which has also motivated me to work out longer and challenge myself more on a physical level and I can already see the results starting to take shape in my muscle tone and my joint health. So far, so good!

UPDATE: i’m still taking this product daily, and it’s been about 3 years. My levels are great and I do recommend this product. My update is solely on packaging. While I’m pleased that the product has longer been arriving in the cardboard box, recently the metal cap has been replaced with a plastic cap, and I’m very disappointed. What happened, Nested Naturals? I’m seriously considering sourcing another vegan B Complex that has more sustainable packaging.I like that this company uses third party testing to ensure the ingredients are top quality, and that they are in the proper proportions. I wanted a supplement that was non-GMO and vegan, and this fits the bill. It's also soy free and gluten free. I am very pleased with the quality. I subscribe to this supplement, and it arrives every 2 months in a very nice box that includes a free sample of the "Luna" supplement. My only negative: while the box packaging is very attractive and professional, it would be great if there was less packaging to contribute to the waste problem in this world. Having said that, I do like that the bottle is a recyclable plastic (#1 - polyethylene terephthalate” or "PET" or "PETE") and the cap is metal. It would be great if the bottle were glass, though!

Nested Naturals All 8 B-Complex Vitamins Plus Choline & Inositol is a wonderful supplement. It has made me feel energized more than a typical day, and is giving me that extra boost I was looking for. The capsules are vegan to my delight, and this is especially impressive for the B12 contained within them, as they are very hard to find in plants. The capsules are very easy to swallow and leave no lingering feeling in the throat like some other capsules do. B vitamins have been shown to be beneficial time and time again, and also lacking in our diet. I love how this company explains its product on the bottle and I will surely be buying again. I have been a loyal Nested Naturals customer for years, but that ends today, and I will have to find another trusted brand.I received expired B Complex today in my package… a bottle that was over 2 YEARS OLD, and a Luna complimentary packet that was expired nearly 3 YEARS.As listed on the bottom of the bottle, Lot #901039 Exp: 03/2021. In the box was also a free Luna sleep aide with an expiration date of 08/2020. It is June 2023, and it’s worrisome that a company would not pay attention to something as critical as an expiration date for supplements. I immediately knew something was off when I saw the bottle had the old silver cap that they no longer use.I immediately looked for an expiration date as the new black capped bottles have been in use for some time now, and I’m so glad I checked.I can no longer trust Nested Naturals. And what sucks is that I was only able to receive a refund and not a replacement of the item, so if I were to buy the item again myself, I’ll now be out extra shipping costs since I buy my supplements in bill with other items to avoid shipping.I hate that I now have to leave my favorite brand, but they can no longer be trusted.

Ok, yes, they do stink. They smell like a vitamin store. If you're a gagger, move on. However, if you can tolerate swollowing them, you will be very pleased. I don't normally take vitamins but am preparing for a surgical procedure and under doctor's orders I have to take them. I am overweight and a 45 year old teacher. I am always tired and love to sleep and nap on the weekends. Well, boy did my life change within 3 days while taking these. I came home on day 3, cooked dinner and cleaned the kitchen before I ever sat down. My 16 year old was in shock. By the weekend, there was no extra sleeping and no naps. I got so much done that first weekend. After about 2 weeks, I got to the point that I stopped taking them on the weekend because I do enjoy a good nap and I need some extra rest after a week with teenagers. While out for a long holiday weekend, I slept in and forgot to take them. I never noticed and started back on them when I got back to work. Yes, Energy Power in a Pill. OH YEAH, I do seem to remember things better with just a second or two of concentrated thinking.
