How deep is the water supply for these sprinklers?

I'm not sure what exactly the question is.. are you asking how deep the water line is to set the head? If so, in our case using this sprinkler head the water lines are slightly deeper than the length of the sprinkler head itself. So if the sprinkler is 4inches long the line is at 5-6 inches. We have our sprinkler mounted at ground level.

What is the difference between 8sarvapro and 8sapropr besides price? specs appear similar if not same.
