It does take some soldering, of course but the pads solder easily. Disregard the comments about needing little red wires!! I think that photo is just showing that those pins are connected together. Each of the Teensy pin mounting points are directly connected to pin mounting points for the solder on screw terminals through runs on the board. No need for anything that's not in the kit - other than a Teensy, of course. As far as comments about the size of the terminal screws - yes, they are small, by necessity I'm sure. I have a jeweler's screwdriver set and and there are at least two screwdriver tips in it that fit the screw slots. If you don't have a set, get one!!
