I have a laboratory conformed case of DAO deficiency resulting in histamine related symptoms. Rashes, Hives, Abdominal Dysfunction and other symptoms. I used a pure DAO supplement without successful results. I use the European food list of histamine producing and high histamine content foods. I also added a probiotic regimen. All my symptoms have disappeared and I am not running to the toilet all day long. This product is more effective and affordable than the last one I tried. The ingredients appear not to affect me. Each case presents individually and is relatively newly recognized disorder and is difficult to find a specialist in histamine disorders. So be patient and know yourself. Update , this product is still working for me. I developed another condition that has been challenging to overcome. I don’t think it works for the new condition but while I’m recovering I continue to use it daily. I still watch what I put in my mouth but I don’t blame this product on the new condition since the new condition has been equated more with the aging process. But overall this product has been a lifesaver for me. I still think it’s important for anyone to receive a proper diagnosis and treatment from a specialist. This type of product was just coming out about the time I received my diagnosis. I used a couple of different products and this has helped me the most.

I’ve been using this to help with histamine intolerance, especially around meals, and it has made a noticeable difference for me. Easy to take, gentle on my stomach, and I feel much better when I use it consistently. I’m happy with this purchase.

I'm almost finished with my first bottle and it seems to be helping. I'm not getting hives nearly as often or as bad. I do have a few minor complaints/concerns, though. It comes with no instructions at all, so I read all of it's reviews (there were hundreds of them!) and found only three that mentioned WHEN to take it. One said they take a pill 10 minutes before eating, one said 15 minutes and one said 30 minutes. I decided to try 15 minutes, which works fine when I remember to take it. Unfortunately brain fog is another symptom when you're prone to hives, but hopefully it will become part of my routine soon. Also, the bottle when new is very difficult to get open. You have to remove the shrink wrap the prevents the cap from unscrewing first, then once you get that open there is a seal across the opening that has to be peeled off. Another thing you might want to know is that it's a capsule, so you can't cut it in half. One reviewer mentioned breaking it open to spread the powder inside it over their food, presumably to remove the need to wait for the capsule to dissolve in your stomach before eating, but I have no idea how they manage to get the capsule open. And keep in mind that hives can be from other things besides food or beverages. Taking an enzyme will not help with contact allergies such as latex. My last complaint is that when I ordered more a couple of days ago, I chose to get two bottles at a time since they're less expensive that way, but Amazon only delivered one bottle.

Although this product did not work out for me I have to say I'm pretty impressed. I took the first capsule and my body did not handle it well. I decided I didn't want to chance anymore so I contacted the company via email to request a refund. Within a couple of hours they sent a refund and emailed me back wishing me well. There was no questioning, no complaint, no delay, just the company apologizing for my experience and letting me know it's been refunded. After the reviews I read in here I was worried there would be an issue with the company backing their product and refunding as promised but there was no issue at all and I am completely satisfied. I was not able to use this product but I will still be referring friends to it. Thank you, Bravado Labs. I gotta say I'm impressed.

I love this product histamine block I suffer from histamine intolerance gluten Ataxia and salicylates intolerance also this works great for my histamine intolerance I started with one with every meal and now take 2 a day one in the morning 15-30 mins before breakfast and then again 1 before dinner hopefully I can get down to one a day in the morning. Yet this is the highest DAO amount per capsule I have scene wish for the price I got more yet its worth it if it works well. Then with every meal I take another enzyme by another company intolerance complex by enzyme science. And between these and bravado labs wonderful HISTAMINE BLOCK things are going great on my new way of eating n living so thankful I found these. I can not take the histamine resist due to my other allergies n intolerances. Yet I cant recommend the Histamine Block enough, has helped digestion and skin ect so much with no side effects.thank you

Very necessary product for me as I suddenly developed AWFUL Histamine intolerance after a round of Antibiotics last Summer. :( NO one told me this would happen & even N.P. seem not to be educated about it. But, yes, I am grateful this product exists. I still have to eat low histamine foods, but it sure seems to help symptoms.

I have severe chronic illness and unfortunately spent money on this brand thinking it would work like the other brand I have gotten, but it did nothing .. I am so disappointed and sad cause I spent money I could have used for Lyme treatment or for food. The other DAO enzyme i took has less DAO enzyme on the label, yet this one is as if there is none in it at all. When I bought it it said I could return it which is why I was comfortable trying it, but now it saying "not eligible for returns"! I got it 3 weeks ago! I wish I could return it as I am not employed and this was a vital part of my recovery I took it with several meals and each time, it did nothing. I also got the one with the rice in it which is not the one I ordered. I was fine with that aspect. each time it didn't work, I gave it the benefit of the doubt that maybe there was some other variable but because the results were repeatable so many times it's undoubtably the supplement that is not working. I will have to email them and see if they will take it back cause I have $2 in my bank account. I can't afford to throw $35 away. I need to treat my chronic conditions 😪😣😢

works really well to keep my Histamine levels in check. If you experience high H levels you know how that can really affect your overall health and sleep. I think Bravado makes one of the better DAO's formula's out there.
