It works great. It’s very quiet. Doesn’t take much space and it makes great rough and it warms up the milk. The only thing I wish that made the milk a little hotter that’s all.

The instructions are simple and clear so the only thing you can really do wrong is overlook the minimum and maximum lines and overflow the machine. Yes, I did that, and yes, the lines are easy enough to see. The other good news is it's easy to clean! I just added water and a droplet of dish soap to the interior and ran it through a cycle and then rinsed it. I wiped the outside with a damp sponge and it was ready to go.

Great milk frother. I was looking at some of the more expensive ones that are closer to $100 and I thought I’m just going to try this cheaper one first. It works really well and does it everything that my boyfriend’s $100 Nespresso one does. I’m glad I bought this. Nice design, good quality, product really meets expectations. Customer service is great too. Product did not work after few months, so I contacted customer service, and they sent me another one within two weeks!!! I had a very bad experience with product replacement in the past, and I was positively surprised with how smooth and fast this company sent me another product.
