Hi, following surgery my right leg is now shorter than my left leg, would these inserts be suitable if i used on my right foot to even out leg length

Like the others who replied I don't think these would help in your circumstances as they are only half insoles which fit under the heel and arch and are thin. They wouldn't give you any additional length. One tip -Aldi were selling some thick insoles which you cut to your shoe size for £1.59 which may help if you put a couple of pairs in! They were in store last week.

Would they fit boots with 3” heel. I’m trying to stop heel slippage

Could you do weightlifting squats in these? Creating a higher heel makes it way easier to reach depth.

These inserts do not raise the heel but they raise the instep. They provide a rigid shape to hold the heel in place. The heel rests on the insert which has a very thin soft underside so when standing there is no noticeable difference to height. I use the inserts in trainers quite successfully but they are rigid and take a little getting used to.
