I feel like I am the only one that cannot get this to work on my iPad Pro. I plugged it in, downloaded the app, and it is not reading the pictures that are on my SD card at all. I may be doing something wrong, but I cannot find directions, any videos, troubleshooting help, nothing. I even looked for a place to contact the seller and I can’t find that info either. If anyone can help it would be appreciated, i may just give this to a friend and see if she can use it.

It is NOT compatible with USB-C connection, which all newer generation Android phone devices are. All friends and family with Androids own newer generation devices and I attempted anyways just to verify.It will NOT work on phones that have cases on them because it will not fit into the the ports without the hub getting in the way. I tried this on several different Androids and iPhones that had different brand and style cases. The only way this fits into the ports was to strip the cases off. Some of the cases were far too difficult to strip off and weren't worth the effort.Sorry for such a low rating, because in theory this item should get a 5-star rating, but the downsides are too big for me.

This works fine to download photos from the SD card to my imac. Nice and straight forward. But you need to download an app to use this device to transfer photos to an ipad. Frustrating. And then the app pulls all the photos on your ipad into the app. Why? I already have these photos in my ipad.So I deleted the app from my ipad, and will only use this on my imac computer.

I can see the files, but cannot transfer files from the micro SF card to my iPhone. I’m not sure why.I tried transferring to Camera Roll the app says “files transferred”, but I am unable to see them.

I really liked the fact that I can use this little thing to transfer photons from my canon to my phone instead of using laptop. However, it only reads videos not pictures 😑 To save / transfer pictures to iPhone I have to open them using either Notes or email, WhatsApp.. etc that’s a hassle 😞

A very neat gadget! I wish it didn't require an app to use on iOS but it is what it is. Love the USB port with the flip-out USB micro... Have no use for it but it's neat!
