Pretty good
I’ve been taking Nature’s Bounty Vitamin B12 for a few weeks and can definitely tell a difference in my energy. I don’t hit that mid-afternoon slump like I used to. The tablets are small and easy to take, and I haven’t had any side effects. Cherry isn’t my favorite, but I don’t mind it with this. Great price, good quality, and it actually works — I’ll keep buying it!

Five stars for hope. Doctor says to give them a try and see if they increase my energy. They are easy to use. No odor or aftertaste. In fact, you put it under your tongue for 30 seconds before you swollow it. Well known brand.
