The capsules are small and easy to swallow and doesn’t have a bad aftertaste. I can’t say I’ve noticed a huge change in my eyesight yet, but I do feel a bit more confident knowing I’m giving my eyes some support. I chose the Gold version. I’ve noticed my eyes feel less strained especially in the mornings and the slight blurriness I used to have has eased a bit. I understand this is not a quick fix results may take time but I do feel more comfortable overall. However, the price is quite high for just a 30-day supply, so I’m still deciding if I’ll keep using it long term.

Not sure if these actually do anything but after having surgery for detached retina I want to give my eyes the best possible support. And these are what the consultant @ the ENT recommends.

My macular has not advanced since I have been on these vitamins. Easy to swallow. Take 3 a day but worth the money. Have not had any side effects.
