I had horrible internet connection and the gps was way off and I kept getting msgs in Spanish for reasons unknown. Your better of just buying a sim from the airport. I want a refund but probably won't get it. Avoid this product. Complete waste of money.

I had some trouble in Spain activating this card and the support team from Simcorner provided excellent assistance.

I purchased this sim card for a recent trip to the UK and France. Big mistake! Whenever I tried to make phone calls or text, I would receive multiple texts messages in Spanish indicating that I would have to pay additional to make phone calls or texts. I usually purchase the Orange Holiday Card for my UK/EU trips but I decided to try this one instead. Big Mistake!

Hoy sep 8 llegó a Londres, insertó la tarjeta en el teléfono IPhone y no funciona, anteriormente hice todo lo que me orientaron y me mandaron un mensaje que estaba activada, regreso a Miami el 29, espero que me solucionen el problema

It doesn't work. I want my money back.

The card did not work well when I inserted it initially into the phone. No data and driving with no navigation because a data did not work. Very frustrating would not recommend. Could not make calls kept getting message that there’s no service. There are other alternatives that I would consider next time Using the app instead.

Followed the instructions on the package - unfortunately it didn’t work. Not recommended.

I would definitely recommend this card if you are traveling to the countries mentioned in the description. I was hesitant to buy this package after reading the negative reviews but this card was my best companion during my whole trip. I purchased this card for Google map for my 25 days of Europe trip (Italy, London and Scotland). I registered my card couple of days before leaving. My sim was working as soon as I landed in London. I didn't have any problem at all during my whole trip. My data was on during my whole trip without running out as I believe 30gb is lots. I also made very few calls during my trip within the countries I was traveling. I used Whatsapp for my international calls which was already installed and registered with my Canadian number and it was working fine without adding my European number with Whatsapp. Important note: It doesn't work in Switzerland as it's not included. You can purchase a Switzerland’s sim at any airport/convenient store. I paid 50 Swiss Francs for my 13 days of trip in Switzerland including unlimited calls within Switzerland.

I bought this simcard to travel to the Nordic countries. It is a complicated activation process that requires a serial number and a pin So I activated them online using their website and got a confirmation email I land in my country, and reset my phone to get the data connection and what happens? The simcard literally locks you out of your own phone and ransoms you for the serial number and pin again. But because I had activated, I didn't bring them with me. This meant I was locked out of my phone in another country, and had to extract the SImcard just to get back in to my phone. AVOID.

I will not order again in the next travel, it is so terrible, I activated the card and send many many times of emails, but still not work to activate the card, finally, I had to buy another card when I arrived France. Wasted money and time
