This is a Win
Excellent product. Maintains hydrated hair and smooth curls. The conditioner can be slightly challenging to dispense at times with use, but overall, it is highly suitable for both personal use and for children with curly hair.

Good quality item
This product is very creamy and soft on my scalp and hair. I had the big chop done on me and my hair took well to this sheaMoisture shampoo and conditioner. I will purchase again.

Good product - but there's some things you should know first.
after using this product for a while and reading the other Amazon reviews, i feel there is some important information that people should know before they purchase this set. 1. it is a sulfate-free product. sulfates are what gives other shampoos their rich lather, so if you're expecting this to lather like a shampoo with sulfates, you will be disappointed. i do find that it lathers much better than other sulfate-free products i've used, though. sulfates are also used in shampoos to remove silicones - silicones will not wash out with just water and require a harsher detergent that is also rougher on your hair. neither the shampoo nor conditioner contain silicones, but if other products in your styling routine do, your hair will not feel fully clean after shampooing. make sure to check your other products for silicones, and either swap them for ones that don't or keep a clarifying shampoo on hand to use after every few washes to prevent the buildup. THIS INCLUDES PRODUCTS LIKE COCONUT OIL, SHEA BUTTER, PROTEIN TREATMENTS, ETC. all of these will cause buildup! If you use them, you need to make sure you have a clarifying shampoo. 2. this is for CURLY HAIR. if your hair is fine, only slightly wavy, or straight, these products will feel very heavy on your hair because they are formulated for curls which need much more moisture than non-curly hair does. i would not recommend this product to people with fine or non-curly hair. if your hair is curly this product will provide the moisture your hair needs to make smooth, defined curls. both the shampoo and conditioner are compatible with the Curly Girl/Guy routine. 3. other reviewers have remarked either positively or negatively about the smell - it has a sort of musky scent rather than a perfume or floral smell, with a sweet-smelling undertone. it smells great to me, except for the conditioner, which does not smell quite the same as the shampoo or the curl milk that this line also produces. i don't find it to be too much of a bother since i apply the curl milk after washing so that's the smell that sticks to my hair. you may feel differently, though, and this product is sold in most drugstores and groceries so i would check the smell in person first before buying. if you are familiar with the coconut and hibiscus curl milk from this line, the shampoo smells almost exactly the same. my hair is a little on the fine side and around a 3A (multiracial) - i've really enjoyed this shampoo and conditioner set for giving my hair body and defined curls. it is a little bit heavy since my hair is fine, but it's nothing significant and it's worth the resulting look. in summation this product is NOT FOR EVERYONE, and if you're wanting to make the switch to a natural, sulfate free hair care routine, you will need to look at every product you use, not just your shampoo and conditioner. otherwise the results may not be what you expected.

Works well
Amazon sent me two shampoos instead of one shampoo and one conditioner. Not trying to return them just for it to probably end up in the trash and to not get the Black Friday deal after all…Otherwise, this is my go to for shampoo and conditioner. Works well with frizzy, wavy/curly hair. The shampoo doesn’t suds up much since it doesn’t have the sulfates.

I have been suffering with hair loss, itchy scalp and slight dandruff and just dull hair for about 4 years now, I used to have naturally long think and curly at the ends hair. And then I seen a girl using these products to achieve her shiny, thick and bouncy hair. I asked my husband if I can spend so much money for just shampoo and conditioner, no problem. I've only used it for about 3 weeks now, I've noticed less hair loss, when I used to wash my hair with normal store shampoos, clumps of hair used to come out within each wash of hair, now it's about half of that which is of course amazing, it also added a little bit of extra shine to my hair, also amazing. I do agree the shampoo doesn't bubble up as much as we're all probably used to with normal store shampoos, but if you give it extra time to gently rub it in your hair it will definitely wash your hair well. I've notices people have also been complaining about the smell but I love it, very nice, sweet and natural, nothing too strong, but again, we're all used to very strong scented shampoos from the store which in the long term probably isn't even good for our hair. I personally think people expect a miracle and the product to just work within 1 use. We've been using store shampoos which contain chemicals and who knows what else for so many years so we can't expect to get our naturally healthy hair over night. It'll take time. Overall so far I'm satisfied, however it is a bit too pricy in my opinion and I was hoping for it to maybe help with my dandruff but we also have very hard water over where I live so that could cause my hair to not regenerate back to its healthy state as fast as I'd like it to. Hope this helps

The shampoo is runny but it's good & the conditioner is very thick but also good. Both keep my hair moisturised & conditioned. I have fine wavy/curly hair
