Good taste, less sweet
Pancakes are super easy to make, fullfilling, tastes delicious and not very sweet. Perfect for vegan breakfast. Little dry in texture but you can use honey or maple syrup to balance it.

Pancakes are absolutely delicious. Since you are having zero maida pancake, you can freely enjoy having this pancake knowing it is healthy. The quality is too good and the batter also has pieces of blueberry. Never going back to maida pancakes ever

Very nice alternative to the normal maida filled pancakes. However still the sugar content can be reduced. Same goes for salt content (high sodium) Dried blueberries give it a distinctive taste.

Delicious!
This is one of the best pancake mixes I’ve tried - and I’ve tried quite a few. I love that it is quite healthy and easy on the stomach. I make mine with date-sweetened dark chocolate chips. The mix is a tad pricey (about $1 an ounce) but I’m sure millet + the protein powders increase the price. Definitely worth it, though. I wish they offered larger bag options.
