The truth surprised me a lot. I have afro hair and I thought I was going to need a lot of passes, but it wasn't like that. It left my hair very straight, soft and shiny. In addition, it heats up quickly and is very easy to use. So far I'm very happy with the purchase

OK, I have bad hair- fine, thin, colored and permed. I own practically every hair tool on the planet and still struggle every morning to look put together. I think my search is over! Here is why I'm so happy with this purchase: 1. Easy to use: If you have used a flat iron, you can use this first time out of the box. And the results are much better than a flat iron. No plate marks, curls are curvy instead of straight, hair does not snag on plates, temp can be adjusted to multiple types of hair. For my fine hair, I set the temp at 330. 2. Nicely wrapped and packed: Opening the box, it feels much more expensive than its actual cost. I particularly like the fact that it includes a silicon protection pad and a nice travel pouch. 3 Price: I gazed longingly at the high priced competitor but couldn't bring myself to pay $150+ for ANOTHER hair tool. This works so well I am so glad I went for this one. 4. My hair started out looking like a frizz mop and ended up looking fabulous (used heat protectant, of course). Not sure how it would work on heavy, thick hair, but for hair like mine I would highly recommend.

I do love the results of the curls. It heats up nice, I like that there's a lock button so you can't accidentally turn it off or change the temperature, and the plates are nice and smooth. However, the design has a couple of flaws. As mentioned in other reviews, in order to hold it tight you have to push on the buttons. If you hold it lower to avoid the buttons, it doesn't tighten very well so you're hair falls out and you can pinch your finger in the hinge. If you're holding it with both hands, one on the base and the other at the tip, if you let go of the base the tip only holds the tip closed so your hair will fall out if you let go of the base. Why not just use a barrel you ask? Because there are days that I like to straighten my hair and I don't have a lot of space for a bunch of different tools. That's what I really loved about this, two in one, perfect! I gave this one a lot of time before I made my decision to return it because I really do love it but if I'm in a hurry I don't have time to worry about if I'm holding it tight enough, dropping it, repeating curls because my hair fell out or if I'm going to get pinched. This was just a frustration thing for me. I'm not discouraging anybody to give it a try because it really is an amazing tool and it works perfectly to straighten but if you want curls, it's a little bit more of a struggle.

I like this Flat Iron, it’s the second one that I have bought. It’s at a great price, looks good and it works. Giving me a softer looking curl.

Landot 2-in-1 is perfect! LOVE it. The best of both tools. Easy to use and get professional results. Comes with an assortment of extras; silicone mat, bag, and hair clips. A great deal for the amount of extras that come with the tool. Several heat levels to choose from. Makes fantastic curls but also straightens like a boss. The heating surface is very smooth even on the edges. No pulling at all. I would definitely purchase again.

I purchased this for its dual wattage, being able to use it in the US and abroad. There was a slight learning curve in using it in comparison to a tool I've been using. However, this is outstanding what it does to my hair and it's portability and curl performance and ease of use have now replaced my other tool. I absolutely love this

I've always had hard to curl hair. This does the job in one single twist AND it holds! As I've gotten older, my hair has gotten some curl and frizziness to it. Now with one time through, it's straight and sleek! I've owned many a curling iron and previously one flat iron. I almost spent over $100 at the mall on a similar product and so glad I didn't! I have shoulder length hair and between heating the iron and the actual straightening, it took me less than 5 minutes! My husband timed me and said it was about 3 minutes and 45 seconds. The previous flat iron I owned would always get switched off while trying to use it. The Landot has push buttons for on/off and setting the heat. I especially like the heat setting, as a higher setting is required for my hair texture. It has a swivel cord that doesn't get twisted and tangled while using like other products. The product was well packaged. It came with a mat to lay the iron on as to not burn your countertop, 2 clips, a glove so you don't burn your hand or fingers, and a velvet-like bag to keep the iron in. It arrived in 2 days from the time I ordered. I am amazed and very pleased with this purchase.

I really wanted to love this because I liked the idea of a true 2-in-1 tool for both straightening and curling. While it works well as a straightener and heats up nicely, it functions much more like a traditional flat iron than a tool designed specifically for creating curls or waves. I found it harder to achieve the softer, salon-style waves I was hoping for. If you’re primarily looking for a straightener with the option to occasionally add a curl, this may work well for you. However, if you’re hoping for a tool that easily creates loose curls or waves, it may not perform quite as expected.

Bonita y eficaz

Me encanto!! Su presentación es bonita y elegante, trae su funda para guardar, un guante para proteger tu mano del calor y unas pinzas para organizar el cabello por mechones, a diferencia de otras planchas curvas para definir ondas esta no trae los dientes de los laterales de las placas lo cual evita jalones o q se troce el cabello, define ondas de una manera fácil y duradera ya q duran todo el día!!! peeeero aquí no la recomiendo para uso diario ya q maltrata tu cabello aún usando protector para calor sin embargo para usar una vez por semana para esas ocasiones especiales q quieres lucir unas ondas perfectas es ideal.
