Perfect for all sorts of recipes, can be made into coconut milk or cream and all you do is add water.

I have been using it for over a year now for curries etc. it is easier to use than coconut milk and helpful if you want the sauce a bit thicker and stronger.

Save space and money. The bag takes up much less space than the equivalent cans of coconut milk, and yu can just use what you need, which can be mixed according to directions or simply added dry! Brilliant!
