V85006-00006 Leland Replacement Green Pins - 6-Pack

I am so happy to receive this package of little green indicator pins to arm my life vest. Sadly, of the six pins in the package, one was broken on receipt. Other than that they fit perfectly. Update...the supplier replaced the pins with a new package. Thank you!

I don't know why people said these were individually packed. Unless they changed things. None of mine came broken although I saw how fragile they are when I accidentally broke one. They do seem expensive but then again hopefully I won't have to use them that much!

They fit our CO2 cartridge filled PFD's perfectly. They are extremely delicate, but the packaging kept them well protected. Dinged a star because the price is pretty crazy high, BUT it is still a lot cheaper than buying a "recharge kit" that includes one of these and a CO2 cartridge for twice the price of this package of pins.

three of six were broken in shipment, still worth five stars ! compare to price of kits sold as one and or go try the big "marine supply" stores. haven't used two in 15 years , the three unbroken will probably be lost before I need them. shipping damage is not an excuse to give bad review, still a good product especially for the price.

Got these for my SUP waist band style PFD. For the repack-able PFDs these are the way to go since they maintain spec for being able to pull the ripcord. You could get dodgy and and hope that repacking without the proper pins the rip-cord doesn't pull just enough to cause a leak, or worse try to use a cheap alternative and not have the rip-cord work at all when needed. Since it was a 6-pack I decided to test one once they got here and the action worked exactly as stock.

guess i should have known from the reviews.. my pack only had two intact on arrival... completely unacceptable for $12. plus how do i know the intact ones can be trusted? maybe they just snap in half on installation too... not something you want to have your life depend upon, this is a really poor design. these parts need to be shipped in more robust packaging. even if it costs another $1-3 to get all six of these on arrival, it would be worth it.

save a lot of money buying these and co2 cartridges over buying a rearming kit!!

Needed for the inflatable PFD on rearming after use and replacement with the CO2. These pins are easy to break before being place in device. Manufacture flexible package will not protect them if mailed in an envelope.
