Ok first off I hated TENS when in PT fur my neck as a teen so I was hesitant to try this. However, my trainer insisted I try it and I immediately bought one for myself! This is my go to post workout recovery device! I can put this on something fatigued or slightly strained, and like magic I feel great the next day! I love that this has every kind of programmable option you could think of from managing an injury pain area to recovery from a gnarly workout. It’s super easy to use and has crazy good battery life! This thing is a must have for anyone that loves to workout 5+ days a week on hard grueling workouts. Also great if you just need recovery from sitting at a computer or desk all day. This is a wonderful device. I use it at least 1 time a week and more often 2-3 times a week!

WARNING FOR ANDROID USERS: DO NOT BUY This product has severe connectivity flaws on Android that make it completely unusable. The device is effectively defective for Android users. The app gets stuck in a "connect/disconnect" loop. It will find the pod, show "connecting," and then immediately fail with a "cannot connect" error, over and over. This is not a simple fix. I performed every advanced troubleshooting step possible: Multiple factory resets on the pods A full "Network Settings Reset" on my phone Completely uninstalling and reinstalling the app Manually checking and granting all permissions (Location, Nearby Devices) Nothing fixes it. The product is fundamentally broken on this platform. You are risking your money on a device that will not work.

20 mins on the targeted area and I feel better. I've been using it 3-5 times a week since I bought it 2 months ago. Tip: look for replacement pads from other sources. The OEM replacements are $$$ and the generic ones work just fine.

The concept it great. There are several problems. 1) The pads are designed to wear out and replacement pads are $18 per set. If you intend to use the device frequently, expect to spend $54 a month on replacement pads. This is an intentional design feature of the device to create a subscription income stream. Kind of like HPs strategy to give away the printers and overcharge for the ink 2) There is a generic pad that costs less but it works less well. 3) The system that connects the pads to the the generator is very unreliable. It FREQENTLY comes loose during treatment. Again this is an intentional part of the design. Most TENS units use snaps which are very reliable. This product uses magnets which are not. The reason they use magnets it to make it hard to use generic replacement pads. So bottom line, cool design concept that does not work and has an evil hidden agenda to force you to frequently buy refills only from them.

I am mainly using as a nms. This device has got my quad firing 4 days after my ACL reconstruction and meniscus operation. After the operation my quad was dead and started using this two day after. Be careful on what level you place it on because it will pack a punch.
