Fantastic value compared to supermarket prices.I fry / toast them in a non-stick frying pan with a tiny amount of olive oil or other oil.They turn brown very quickly so watch out, they flip to burnt / black very quickly if you don't watch closely for the right moment to pour them out of the pan onto a heat resistant plate... (they have high fat, so get very very hot... let them cool down before eating them (!)).... I put them in omelettes or add a handful to bolognese, or on top of a green salad, or a few on muesli... or just add a bit of salt and then as a high energy snack. Can also grind them up with mortar and pessel to improve a cheap pesto....I ordered in April.2019 and the use by date is Dec.2019. They do not go bad if beyond date, but they lose their flavour over time.You can freeze pine nuts to extend their date for much much longer.

Good quality of nuts, fresh and tasty, and great delivery as arrived day before quoted date. Would definitely order again.

This is a fab way of buying Pine Nuts in Bulk. They are so expensive in the shops and for such a small quantity whereas this buy is brilliant should last ages and taste great. They are so good I bought some for my mother too !! A good buy.
