I bought this for my 15yo who doesn't like strong tastes, especially mint. I read a lot of reviews saying how mild it was so I thought it would be ok. When you first put it in your mouth, it doesn't seem too strong, but has a slightly strange taste (I assume that's the echinecea). However, when you spit it out, you're still left with a very minty taste and sensation. I then noticed on the back of the bottle that it says it has a high menthol content. I would say that although this mouthwash is not quite as strong as others out there, it's still too strong for those who don't like the sensation that menthol leaves in your mouth.

I’ve tried loads of natural mouthwashes over the years and most of them taste awful or just don’t feel like they’re doing much. This one’s different. The mint is fresh without being overpowering, and it doesn’t burn or leave that weird aftertaste some of them do. It actually feels like it’s working – my mouth feels cleaner and my breath stays fresh for hours. I like that it’s alcohol-free and fluoride-free, but still feels effective. It’s gentle, but not pointless. I’ll definitely keep using it despite it being a bit pricy!

This is pricey and it's good, but not as good as Perriobrite natural mouthwash, which is much more concentrated and much more flavourful. I bought this on offer, so it's not been a bad buy, all things considered, but I wouldn't pay full price for it.

it seems very weak, and seems to barely have any xylitol in it, which is what you need in good quantity in order to replace alcohol.

I can’t speak for everyone obviously but for me this has proven to be the most effective mouthwash in every way so far. I’ve been suffering from a flare up of several broken molars that all started aching at the same time! The toothache on both sides was unbearable and I even developed two abscesses. I began taking high strength Echinacea which helped (can’t take antibiotics because they caused havoc with my gut years ago) but the herb took a while to kick in. Meanwhile my entire mouth was so sore that even my gums were smarting with a persistent pain. I tried several different mouthwashes to try and get some relief, swishing them into the holes in my back teeth and over and around my tongue; but either they were far too strong which increased the pain or were so weak they did nothing. Eventually tried this one in desperation, not holding out much hope due to it being ‘all natural’ but to my great surprise and considerable relief, it started working straight away. My sore gums and even my tongue (burned by other mouth rinses) were instantly soothed and cooled in a pleasant but not overpowering flavour of mint. What really surprised me though was that the Echinacea in this mouthwash seemed to work better than the high potency tablets. Within just a couple of days of rinsing 3-4 times per day, my entire mouth was feeling back to normal - sore gums healed, tongue ulcers gone and my abscesses reduced to the point they were no longer giving me any trouble. Two more days and those abscesses, along with all the toothache, were completely gone! I have been amazed by the efficacy of this all natural mouthwash and have promptly ordered more. Yes, it’s a bit expensive for the amount you get but it saved my life when getting a dentist appointment was impossibly weeks away. I have decided to continue using this regularly from now on to prevent any further trouble in the future. I couldn’t be more pleased and relieved to have found such an effective remedy. It leaves your mouth really soothed and healthy and keeps your breath fresh for hours. I 💯 recommend this!👌

Fairly mild flavour. Great for rinsing and gargling as doesn't froth up which means you can use much less. I have been using this frugally, twice daily, and its lasted a month. It works to freshen the mouth and overnight results are really good. Still, a very expensive for a mouthwash and unlikely to be a regular purchase at the current price.

Ok not great

For me, the perfect mouthwash. Light flavour, doesn't burn, clean mouth feeling. Love that it doesn't contain green colourant like other brands ;)
