I just put these on my pasture gates. I wanted them mostly so the gates wouldn't pull on the posts but the ease of moving the gate is just as important. I did cut the extra end of the U-bolts off on one so my horse couldnt get cut on it. They are very easy to install and cheaper than buying them from a farm store.
