Can I use this in the shower like I would use shower gel?

Yes, I buy it for my husband who has very sensitive skin. He uses it like a shower gel, but it doesn’t have the same consistency as shower gel. Doesn’t really go into a lather like ordinary shower gel. He has been using it for a long time now and has stopped the “itchiness” he previously had.

Can men use this in the shower

Hi, Yes men can use E45, particularly if you have excessively dry skin. Product Details E45 Emollient Shower Cream is different from normal shower gel because it is completely non-drying. Free from soap and detergents it actively moisturises skin, and protects against further drying. It cleanses gently and effectively, leaving dry, itchy skin feeling soft, clean and more comfortable. Do you need to use another shower gel if you use the E45 or is it enough?

I use this for the benefit of my skin so I think using another shower gel defeats the object. It is not meant to foam. Detergents etc are added to shower/hand washes to make them foam. it is not necessary to have foam to cleanse your skin. Stick with it.
