RAM upgrade for HP 14-bp151. Older laptop but still ok. Couldn't handle heavy business apps with only 8gb. Took a few days to deliver but arrived on the stated day. Fitted the 2 sticks. Booted and no issues. Laptop absolutely flies now. Wish I'd got this sooner. Such a difference. I'd recommend checking what the max ram for your laptop is...mine was quoted at 16gb but testing it showed 32gb should work and did perfectly. Very happy with the performance. Feels like a new laptop.

Quality RAM - plugged straight and recognised by the system immediately

'They' say to make sure that any extra RAM you add to your existing RAM should be exactly the same, so that they can talk correctly to each other. Check the product codes on your existing RAM if adding extra. I wanted to replace all the RAM, so this item was perfect for me. This RAM is 16Gb made up of 2 x 8Gb RAM. If you use any programmes which do a lot of processing, it is suggested that you should have 16Gb RAM at least. I removed my old RAM and inserted these two. In my laptop, one is inserted upside-down to the other, so you can see both sides in the photo. They are actually identical. Inserting RAM is really easy. Just pull apart the 2 metal 'springs' at the sides of the old RAM. These hold the RAM in place. The RAM should now lift slightly. Pull the RAM out carefully so as not to damage the connector pins. Replace with new RAM, by inserting into the connector, push down and make sure the RAM springs have clicked back into place. That's it. All done! My laptop now works a treat, with the processing being much quicker.

Arrived pretty quickly, post-able so it comes through the door, expands a 27" iMac with the default 8GB to 40GB with very little effort. Machine now much more snappy between applications and I can leave things running and come back to them easily. Recommended. Good value for money - I considered something which was discounted on an auction site, but this meant having it shipped from China and the usual customs faffery which would probably have made it more expensive than this one was. If you have a 2017 27" iMac with the default 8GB, these should get you to 40GB with minimal fuss, and it'll save you a fortune on what Apple charge for the same memory.

I purchased two of these a few months ago for my laptop as my work was becoming more resource demanding and programmes where crashing when a few where open or a few tabs where open. (I had standard 8gb ram on my laptop before hand). I've never had anything more than 4-8GB ram and since getting two 16gb sticks, I have seemless work time with multiple programmes open, multiple chrome tabs is now a breeze (although if you still use chrome nowadays... switch the the 'new' edge beta. Google it ;) - uses less resources than chrome but uses the chrome foundation so you can import all your bookmarks and extensions over. This means I have even MORE free ram space now and means I can also game on the side of all my work application with 0 slowing down. Never using any other ram types again other than corsair and 32gb.

Not that I’d normally recommend an upgrade on this particular laptop - there are two RAM slots but they are on the back side of the motherboard, so the laptop has to be about 75% disassembled where the entire board can be flipped up and out for access...but, my computer had started with what appeared to be RAM related hardware issues (multiple blue screen errors in Windows, sometimes page errors but sometimes random) (everything goes through the RAM so the symptoms can and often will be mysterious errors or crashes all over the map in addition to actual RAM related error codes - one time I had bad RAM and it presented as my browser tabs crashing when I opened too many! Basically the parts of the RAM that were running Windows was fine but the more applications or tabs I opened I “filled up” the RAM to the point of the weak spot - and things began to crash). So, In this case I created a memtest86 USB startup disk and ran that to hopefully find out, and sure enough it would fail on several passes near the same location (address) in the RAM. So, I used these Corsair sticks to replace the failing ones in an Asus Vivobook Flip TP510UQ (well, it was probably just one stick failing but it’s best to match pairs, especially for dual channel so I replaced both). So far, absolutely no problems and 100% good. The memory timings are slightly faster than the stock RAM (16-16-16-39 vs 17-17-17-39) but this is no problem (maybe gives the tiniest performance boost) as well. I noticed it says the warranty is voided if you remove their stickers on the chips, and this could honestly be well placed to keep us from seeing which manufacturer’s chips are on the board, but mine have now undergone multiple passes of memtest86 error free and the system is 100% stable again - these sticks are doing their job and doing it well.

J'ai acheté cette barrette pour améliorer les performances de ma Freebox Delta, et je suis totalement satisfait ! L'installation s'est faite sans aucun problème : elle a été reconnue immédiatement, et le gain de vitesse est bien perceptible. La mémoire est rapide et fiable, et je constate une réelle fluidité supplémentaire dans l'utilisation de la Freebox, surtout pour le multitâche. La qualité de Corsair est bien présente, comme d'habitude, avec une construction solide et une compatibilité parfaite. Je recommande vivement pour ceux qui cherchent à booster leur Freebox Delta sans effort.
