Brilliant for diabetic neuropathy
I have type 2 diabetes and suffer with Diabetic neuropathy which is a type of nerve damage that can occur if you have diabetes. High blood sugar (glucose) can injure nerves throughout your body. Diabetic neuropathy most often damages nerves in your legs and feet. I was finding it hard sleeping as it was worse at night in bed I did some research and found that taking ALA helps so I ordered straight away I'm so glad I did as from day one of taking I noticed a difference in my legs and I'm getting better sleep now, I will keep taking 2 a day for the foreseeable future

The first few days i didnt like them and i did feel very tired and sleepy
I noticed the pain and pins and needles did improve alot after about a week of taking these. I can now sleep throughout the night without the use of pain killers. Im not saying its gone completely but had vastly improved. It did take a few days to feel any improvement. The first few days i didnt like them and i did feel very tired and sleepy. But once they got into my system i was ok.i would also add that they are best taken on an empty stomach or at least an hour before or after food..also you may find your urine smells like the tablets for a few hours after taking them(.well mine did).
