Outstanding
I got the xgimi horizon pro 4k and I wasn't happy with it as it was adjusting the picture with noticeable efforts. This was distracting. I then tried the hisense pl1 and omg. This is the best thing ever, you can throw anything at it, the picture and motion are amazing. Superb quality. The only downside is that you really need that 50cm distance between the wall and projector

Outstanding quality projector
Early days, but very happy with quality so far. True UHD quality and dolby atmos sound quality. Dont think I have needed to set volume above 20, so room filling. Ok, no bid subwoofer, but i have s set of studios if i want to bass it out. So far, very impressive performance.

Great projector
This is my 6th projector and all I can say is that picture quality is good, even in a well lit room. sound is amazingly great, would be great if this model has a built in tuner, though this projector lacks features.

not fit for purpose
It broke after a very short time. Contacted Amazon they sent me a link to Hisense. The unit WASNT REPLACED but it was collected, and is now away being mended. I bought it for the football, unfortunately its stuck on an engineers bench. Honest its rubbish, the remote doesn't work on the unit. It comes on in the middle of the night. The sound is so bad I'm having to use a sound bar. I bought a £1400 brick. Be very aware if your going to buy one. JULY UPDATE ... Hisense have now agreed the unit cant be repaired. And has infomed me that it will be returned. I have then got to send it back to Amazon. That will then take 30 days to replace or refund. WHAT A SHAMPLES. I bought it for the Football. So thats going to be impossible, as the football will have finished by then. On top of that if I do have to buy again, the cost has gone up by another £100. GIVE ME STRENGTH ...

Video great, features lacking
I am very happy with the image quality and resolution, very impressed. However bluetooth connectivity with headphones is out of sync with audio on native apps and a pain to connect. There are only 2 hdmi ports. I cannot install Netflix on this model. Very inconvenient.

Good 4k projector, but I expected to be blown out the water.
Pros: Bought this on prime day for 1750. Excellent picture quality, if your wall/screen is perfect Cons: Setup: Automatic geometric correction is a faff, and doesn't work. It takes low resolution photographs which cannot see the 16 dots so you have to geometrically correct it yourself, which is actually easier. I'm really really keen to wall mount this upside down as that is where my previous UST lived. Your thoughts on hanging 10kg upside down over your expensive piano. The speakers are useless....compared to my surround sound Bose 700 with everything setup I may well return this for a normal TV. I've never owned a normal TV, only 3 projectors. Lets see what the samsung frame looks like. Update: hung it upside down. Works nicely. But too big for my wall. Getting it closer causes it to tilt unfortunately as the bars have to stretch out, changing the centre of balance and hence the screen. Returned after 3 days trying my very best. May buy again for a new wall elsewhere - top of my list of current 4k tricolour projectors.
