The Ecovacs T10 OMNI Robot Vacuum Cleaner is great. It cleans deeply and empties itself, saving you a lot of time. It sweeps and mops floors really well. It also moves smartly, avoiding obstacles. The app has small bugs here and there but nothing that hinders it's daily usage. There is nothing in the same price range from other companies, so go for it.

I bought it in April 2023, and used it for a month maximum. Have been keeping it aside since. It bugs, is easily disoriented, does not get where it is in the house, stops on a carpet while it is supposed to lift its mops, sees an object and instead of going around it it can be stuck on it. Today one of my friends told me they had encountered the same issues so I thought that I should write a review about it and contact the seller for manufacturing and programming issues.

This robot vacuum cleaner is perfect! It scans my house and recognizes the rooms automatically. The voice command works very well and the cleaning.

You have to manually clean the station and it gets very dirty. It's hard to reach inside the station to clean it out. The dirty water tank needs to be scrubbed regularly and the mopping pads smell bad quite quickly. Every second week the vacuum needs to re-map the apartment because its map was somehow lost. The do not disturb mode doesn’t work most of the time. The vacuum gets stuck on permanent features such as door stops. We don’t have any carpets in the house but it still manages to get stuck on one thin bathmat. You literally can’t have a single thing lying on the ground as the vacuum will either get stuck on it or vacuum it up and it gets tangled in it. Many technical and app issues and after emailing customer service I am updating this review as they are useless.

I returned this product, the dirty water is not coming back to the return tank, I have to do that manually. The mapping is easy to do, also not clear map you will get.

مكنسه مريحه جدا وممتازه من ناحيه التنظيف ذات جوده عاليه انصح بها كثيرا

افضل منتج الصراحة, مريحة مررة, بس الي عليك الاعتناء فيها وتنظيفها كل فترة وفترة, تنظيفها جداا ممتاز وتنظف الارضية مرررة رهييب, انصح فيها بذات الي عندة مساحات كبيرة, تريحك مرة من ناحية التنظيف الارضية, بضغظة زر اعطيها نص ساعة والارضية تلمع من النظافة, اهم شي الموية الي تبيعا افضل تستخدم موية حلوة لا تستخدم العادية, واهم شي لا تظيف اي منظف او مطهر او معطر, فقظ اكتفي بالموية, بعدين اذا تبي تستخدم منظف امسح الارضية بنفسك, راح تعطي عمر افضل للجهاز.

المكنسة عمليه و جيده .. لكن لايمكنها مسح السيراميك و تكنيس السجاد في نفس الوقت الاّ في حالة عدم تركيب المساحات .. عند تركيب المساحات تقوم بمسح السيراميك فقط ولايمكنها تنظيف السجاد!

المكنسة جداً رهيبه وانصح وبقوة انا شريتها من قبل شهرين والى الان أمورها تمام 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
