Huitlacoche -- hard to find but great taste if you like mushrooms
Huitlacoche is hard to find unless you have a large Hispanic specialty food store nearby. I needed huitlacoche to make a soup. I ordered these and they arrived without dents and in good condition. And tasted great in the soup!

No. DO. NOT. GET. THIS!
Do not get this. I'm normally not so stingy with stars in a review nor commentary about a product but I'm to upset and disappointed with this. Dented cans, one crushed to the point of opening, and also all of them being expired last year July.

It is the original stuff, taste is great
I used to buy huitlacoche in Mexico, I was unable to find it in the US, but this solution worked wonderfully. The flavor is great, a bit spicy, but not much and ideal for doing quesadillas with minsa flour dough, or just to make tacos with regular tortillas. I cook it with some mozzarella and sour cream with low flame in a pot, and just make tacos with it. Enjoy!

Rather good but a bit too spicy for my taste.
I would next time buy unseasoned huitlacoche and season it to my taste.
