Difficult to clean, things get stuck in corners. Not easy to start it and charge it. Runs out of battery quickly and then completely died after four months of rate usage.

It's actually a great little contraption. BUT the charge drains even when not in use for 2-3 days. If you lose the charging cord not any charging cord can be used. I have a cord that lights as it charges and it turned off after 5 mins of charging. YES I MISPLACED THE DARN SMALL CHARGING CORD. It's the only thing I have in the kitchen that requires charging and unless it's a big thing that needs electricity we don't keep charging cords in the kitchen. Maybe they should add a little cord pocket to put the cord in when not in use. Regardless I loved it so much I bought another. Still needs a pocket to put charger away.

I use this tool almost daily. Little things like chopping garlic or fresh herbs. This is my second one. My first one lasted over a year, and I dropped it many times knocking it over while cooking, etc. it’s worth every penny. I would buy two and have one as back up because I don’t ever want to be without it in the kitchen. This the best tool for chopping onions! I prefer this over the food processor, which takes longer to set up and also to clean. This is a simple rinse in a couple minutes. I love that it’s so small and portable and I don’t need to have it plugged in to use.

Easy to charge n use but not as powerful as I wanted. Used it to minced garlic and onions and it did a fair job. But I tried to mince spam ( to make sandwich spread) and it stopped three times. Not a bad product if on sale but I'd rather get another one more powerful than this.

Disappointed in the quality of this product. The lid is not secured as there is no way to latch it. It’s super flimsy and can cause a mess if moved wrong. Perhaps there should be a twist top. I’m hoping it’s just that I received a defective product and my replacement is better. We shall see.

Extremely easy to use and clean. I wish the blade locked in a bit stronger but I think they are meant to slide out easily for cleaning. Minced garlic and herbs very finely. Plus is super cute

Not working ..the manual one is better than this product . The size is also for chopping only garlics .
