Hi I ordered two of these Alarms on 17th of January 2020 but one of the cables/sensors has stopped working, is this covered by the warranty?

This item should have a 1 year guarantee, I would get in contact with the seller and they should send you a replacement alarm, or a refund.

My son moves about a lot in his sleep. I like the idea of an alarm to help with the bed wetting but am worried about the wire. How do you keep secure?

The alarm is brilliant! My daughter also moves a lot in her sleep. The the wire is quite long so there’s room for it to move about without coming off. It’s very secure as it fastens to the pyjama top with a magnet. The other end that attaches to the underwear is also very secure. I found the wet stop 3 alarm to be good quality would definitely recommend.

Should the red light stay on and thats how i know it is working?

No the light will flash when the sensor is activated and 2-3 times when the batteries are inserted.

Where is the best place to clip the sensor?

We purt pant on our boy and clipped it to the bottom front, we then put night pants on so we didn't need to change bedding if he did have an accidrnt
