DecoArt Americana Acrylic Metallic Paint, Black Pearl, 59 ml (Pack of 1)

Used this for abstract wall art - I had used a pearlised white successfully on a mono art project and bought this to add dimension to the ‘black’ area of the canvas. I was so disappointed in the colour being more a dark grey than anything else. Not terribly pearlised at all.Apart from that it applied easily and had a nice texture but by no stretch of the imagination was it black...

Lovely paint. Although black it is like a dark navy. Still,nice though

Good metallic effect when used on plastic model, not very easy to thin to give an even coat though

Love DecoArt paint and the metalic range is great, we redid a chest of drawers in grey and added dark, tarnished bronze handles. Rather than try and find the right colour for a line of trim that goes down each side, I brought this black and then the "Glorious Gold" colour too and mixed them. Came out perfect, and they're definitely metallic, not flat and thin like some paints. This is good and thick and will last ages

The paint is lovely but its not black! Its grey! So deducted 2 stars for that.

I bought some acrylic paint and thought this would be a nice addition with its shimmery black colour. I painted the cover of my notebook with it and it only took 1 coat, dried rather quickly and looks great. I really want the whole range now :D

Good value. brought few different colours to use with polymer clay. Looks Good quality but not used it yet. Will update when I have .
