Are these wet and dry sand paper?

Yes - they are wet and dry. Good mix of grades, really handy for working on small models.

Can these be used on wooden kitchen worktop?

Hi. Yes they can. I have used them on wood and metal. They are brilliant and last for ages. I would finish off using a fine 3000 grit for smooth finish. Good luck. Thanks. Bill.

Be ok for paint skirting boards

No. They are tiny. Get yourself a packet of 60-200 grain from the pounshop or wilkos. I'm assuming you have wooden skirting. If it's mdf use a heat gun and a scraper first then 150-200 grain paper to finish. Hope this helps. Ken
