Presentation The The Regal Mutt - Scottish Salmon Oil For Dogs, Cats, Horses, Ferrets arrived simply wrapped in a sealed plastic sleeve as a 1 Litre plastic bottle with a sealed top for shipping to prevent leaks and a separate pump action cap for use. The bottle has a rather funky label with a not to be named but rather well known old cartoon character dog as part of the presentation. First Impressions The oil has plenty of natural beneficial properties not just for dogs but also cats, horses etc and contains Omega 3, 6 & 9 food supplements. Day To Day Use We give the dogs a couple of squirts with the tea every other day to help keep their skins and coats in good order and hopefully keep their joints supple and working well as they age. They do seem to like this on their kibble, and their coats look very glossy and healthy – whether this is all down to the oil is debatable but I am sure it helps. The pump action works well when squirted onto their food, and is thick enough not to splash when it hits the intended target and the dogs appear to find it tasty as they are always that little bit more eager to get at their food when it is present. Summing Up Whilst I cannot say that I find the smell of the oil in any way appealing – and if you spill or squirt it on the floor or tops it is a devil to get the smell off. This brand which is priced at £10.99 for the 1 litre bottle is outstanding value and should last an age, whilst the quality does seem to be very good given that the dogs do like it.

I bought this to try because my dogs nails are a little brittle. I've only just started using it so time will tell if it helps. I will say however, she loves it. It smells like salmon but not overly fishy. My cats though, are a little offended that I added a couple of drops to their food, I have 3 of them and 1 is quite greedy, he was not amused that I ruined his dinner, lol. It doesn't matter though, I wanted this for my dog and she's happy with it. Seems very good quality and it's a good size bottle for a descent price. Will probably buy again before I run out.

Great product, but I only gave it 4 stars because when I fitted the pump it broke. Luckily, I had a spare pump which fitted the bottle. There seems to be a fault somewhere.

Always good quality

Had around a week now and our cocker spaniel absolutely loves this, we add to his food and he eats it all straight away, previously he would eat a little and then leave until later in the day . Cannot comment on other benefits as yet as only used for a short while, but certainly no adverse effects. It does smell of salmon oil but it’s certainly not unpleasant or overwhelming. Bottle is sturdy and pump works well. I will certainly purchase again.

Easy to use and my dog absolutely loves it I started adding this Scottish Salmon Oil to my dog’s food as a way of supporting his skin, coat and overall health, and it’s been a great addition to his daily routine. My dog Blue, a Cane Corso cross Staffy, can be quite selective about supplements, but he took to this immediately. I simply add the recommended amount to his food, and he happily licks the bowl clean every time. If anything, meal times have become even more exciting for him. The oil is easy to dispense thanks to the pump, which makes it much less messy than pouring directly from a bottle. The 1-litre size also offers excellent value and lasts a long time, even with daily use. After several weeks of use, I’ve noticed his coat looks healthier and has a nice shine to it. His skin appears to be in good condition, and he seems to be thriving overall. While it’s difficult to attribute every benefit solely to the oil, it’s certainly become a supplement I’m happy to continue using. Great stuff dog really likes this and helps with his joints, they were a real problem and using this daily as well as green lipped muscle tablets has given him several more years without pain which is great

As an owner of one of the few picky Labradors to grace the planet I am thrilled with this product. This is the second type of salmon oil I’ve used and he goes mad over it. He’s had this added to his meals from being 6 months old and he’s now 14 months. His coat is super shiny and he’s just a happy healthy boy. It arrives well packaged and a pump is also sent for ease of use. I honestly can’t see trying anything else. I find it good value and have it on my subscribe and save list. Beyond thrilled
