i love the Higher nature brand because they are always good quality. These capsules are great because they are very small and so very easy to swallow. I was informed by my Doctor that i needed to take Vitamin D and so i am taking these. They are perfect, and now my vit d level is back to normal. Great product and reasonable pricing too.

These small, soft capsules are easy to swallow and come at a good price usually. One small watch-out: the capsules stick together in the jar rather easily, so it can be a bit fiddly extracting just the number you need, but nothing too difficult.

Bought these because we keep getting told Vitamin D can help with virus prevention and in the UK there's not enough sun in the colder months to generate it. Difficult to know whether it works or what is in the tablets for certain but we've not had any issues so far. They are being taken by adults and children and all good so far.

Bear in mind I never really go out in the sun. One 500iu capsule every other day kept my levels steady at 50nmol. Two capsules got my levels up to 83nmol. Taking four of them (2000iu) got my levels up to 100nmol, at which point I started not feeling good so decided to cut back. I do respond very well to vitamin D while some people need much higher doses to achieve this level. But I can at least verify that these do infact contain vitamin D.

Although I feel I eat a healthy balanced diet, these have really helped my mood over the last few months. They are small and easy to swallow and I shall continue to use them as I am finding them personally beneficial.
