Great product easy to put together.Very impressed for the money.

This is a well designed and manufactured bbq only let down by poor instructions. This makes assembly a bit tricky and time consuming in places as the diagrams are not clear. Once assembled the bbq is sturdy and easy to manoeuvre. The burners light easily and can be controlled to reduce heat. It’s easy to clean and should last well.

Love ours. Going strong after a couple of years use. Easy enough to clean and produces quality food

This item arrived in two large boxes but was relatively straightforward to put together - it took a couple of hours on my own, but ideally you could do with 2 people for holding various bits as you screw it together, especially when it comes to adding the side burner to the main unit. It does not come with a regulator or hose so you will need one if you don't have one already. Overall it has a quality feel to it and the wheels are excellent for maneuverability as its quite a heavy barbecue once built. The grill area is good and on first impression the cooking seems evenly spread and easy to regulate.

Sturdy barbecue, took approx 2 hours to build. Excellent choice, however, when i purchased it , this did not come with a gas hose connector. it does say on the instructions, but I never noticed this. You have to buy this seperately around £15/£20 to be added to your top cost. Not all hose connectors has the same fitment so the correct one must be bought. Also it didn't come with a cover, at the original price of £300 i would expect this to be included. But overall, its an excellent barbecue and it was delivered on time.

Looks great and works great. Extremely frustrating trying to put it together, instructions could be a lot clearer. The bottom try came slightly damaged also. Other than that it’s a good barbecue.

hi there. i just wany yo warn future potential buyers if the BBQ. as you can see on the pictures, the BBQ that was kept under cover from the first day in addition, kept under the roof on a patio... as you can see it has been EATEN by RUST. The pipes, tray and many more elements have literally collapsed... i am not a cowboy, to expect the god knows what for 300 pounds but after 11 months the bbq is a pile of SCRAP METAL. not to mention , i had my previous WEBER bbq for 5 yrs and it was fine.. Moreover, on the same day, i purchased the BBQ cover ( same as 2700 Amazon clients) ... Now... I contacetd the seller , their response was really epic :) let me copy and paste it : It seems like the cover you have used for the BBQ is inferior to ours, which may have resulted in the poor protection of your item. The cheaper cover you purchased from Amazon has a fabric material rating of 210, whilst ours have a rating of 600 making its density and thickness more than double as prominent as the one you purchased. The use of a good cover and how the item is store is really important, which effects the longevity of the BBQ. In this case, a more durable cover wasn’t used to protect your BBQ, hence it started to rust simply speaking ... they say, that the rust was caused by no good DENSITY OF THE BBQ COVER.... Seriously ? Density ? 200 ? and should be 600 ? and that's the reason why my bbq looks like rubbish ? 2700 customers bought the same cover and they all have bought the WRONG COVER ?? read other reviews ... dont waste your money unless you want to have a nice shiny BBQ for 2 months... also, the seller offered me replacement of the gas pipes, but due to my problems with hands and lack of knowledge , i refused replacements as i am not qualified nor trained to replace some gas pipes of the bbq... it is not only the pipes are corroded and but whole BBQ i have never given anyone such a long or NEGATIVE review but this time i feel i need to warn people before they THROW MONEY AWAY...

OK, all I've done so far is put it together, it hasn't been tested and food hasn't been tasted but it does seem OK... FOR THE PRICE!. It came very well packaged and despite what some have said I found it easy to put together.. However, I rather feel this is a BBQ that is going to need to be over-wintered in the garage or shed. In fact it'll probably need to spend all Spring and most of Autumn in the shed and out of the weather.... maybe even just wheeled out of the shed when needed even during Summer given the rubbish one we've had so far as I don't think the metal parts are going to enjoy or resist the rain for very long at all... I'll be surprised if it lasts more than a couple of years before the metal falls to bits... I bought this to replace an Outback 3 burner that had lasted and lasted and refused to die. 15+ years it lasted and spent a lot of that time outside. Cast iron grills and a solid feel to the body it was a good old faithful that wasn't overly expensive. This BBQ unfortunately however feels entirely different with much thinner metal for the legs and body and seems rather flimsy. The fact that it says not to store a gas bottle in the storage area under the grill is perhaps an indication that the frame isn't too strong. I'll stick, with it though and update once I've been able to cook on it...

Arrivato prima del previsto. Venditore ottimo, che ha accolto la mia richiesta di avere le istruzioni in italiano, spedite per vie brevi in tempi brevissimi. Montaggio un po' macchinoso, ma tutto ok. Aggiornamento. A distanza di un anno dall'acquisto, posso confermare che è fantastico. È vero che si intravede qualche punto di ruggine nei punti poco raggiungibili nella pulizia, ma è abbastanza normale. Non capisco le recensioni negative, perché se pulito dopo ogni utilizzo, conservato in maniera ottimale, va che è una meraviglia
