When you have scratched your legs to infinity and beyond and you get that orgasmic feeling, don’t go further because your legs will not survive the constant itching (if you have a rash) that is. It all started with me eating a tiny piece of chicken from a chicken shop and bam, 4 days in hospital with a severe allergic reaction. I use the cream on my legs and E45 everywhere else, pop some antibiotics into the mix as well. This is the best cream I have used so far, it is great value for money and helps with the crazy itchiness as well as the pain relief. I would like bigger tubes though. 10 out of 10, no sensitivity or stickiness it’s just a wonderful cream. The pictures are from the worst to getting better. I did use some on my arms in the beginning but I found E45 more soothing.

Needed on,holiday after allot of bites, sothed and stopped the itching so well worth buying.

It has a smell that isn't offensive but is noticable and isn't exactly pleasant, however it works at reducing the sensation and desire to itch a spot that is driving you nuts.

Quite good and easy to apply.

Honestly, this stuff is a lifesaver. I bought it after getting eaten alive by mosquitoes, and within minutes of putting it on, the itching was gone. It doesn’t sting, it absorbs quickly, and it actually works—unlike a lot of the other creams I’ve tried. I’ve used it for insect bites, mild rashes, and even random mystery itches, and it sorts them all out fast. Definitely worth keeping a tube in the medicine cabinet or travel bag!

I’ve been using this itch relief cream on my arms and legs where I tend to get irritation and rashes and it’s genuinely helped calm things down. The texture is rich yet absorbs reasonably well and the active ingredient gives real relief for a number of hours which is a big plus. It’s straightforward to apply and does what it says for many of the common itches and skin irritations. That being said it’s not perfect for all cases. On very inflamed skin or for deeper skin conditions it didn’t always clear the irritation entirely and I found myself reapplying more than I’d hoped. Also a few areas felt slightly sticky afterwards and the scent is a little medicated which is sometimes less pleasant. Overall it’s a strong choice for everyday itchy patches and skin irritations but don’t expect it to replace a prescription or specialist treatment if you’ve got more serious skin issues.
