does it have any flavouring? cystophan which is similar has chicken flavour. my cat is very picky so was wondering regarding the flavour. thanks.

Not sure if it is flavoured but my cat will only eat one brand of cat food in a tin won't eat pouches. Would normally have to mix medication in tuna but she eats her food without a problem when I add the cystease powder from the capsule. Hope this helps. The cystease has helped my cat.

Can you give the measures of the active ingredients? Would like to compare to Cystophan for dosage.

The bottle label gives active ingredients list as follows: 125mg N-Acetyl Glucosamine; 37.5mg L-Tryptophan; 10mg Hyaluronic Acid. Hope this helps!

Is this okay for hamsters? My vet recommend as something to try

Feliway is designed to be used for felines to have a stress relief effect. I've never used it for any other animal but a quick review of the question on Google does not give a positive message. I am no vet so cannot comment on his advice. Feliway themselves say it is safe to use around other animals but bear in mind the pheromones used in the diffuser/spray are those of cats. Not the answer you expected. I suggest you google ' How to reduce stress in hamsters' - there's some good advice on there.

I would just check with your vet. I have used this for my 12 yr old cat for the past year and her recurrent episodes have completely ceased. I open caps and empty info her food. Wet food only not dry. Plus a raw egg. All best
