Best Tasting Dog Food
The founder of Lily's was also interviewed and she mentioned what went in to their food. We had a look in the local supermarkets but could not find it any where. So based on the Amazon reviews, we plumped for several flavours. You open the tin and the contents match the label, you can see and smell the contents. Compare the contents in Lily's with other dog foods and it is a real eye opener. We have a very picky pooch, but put it down in front of him and he loves it. Comparing the costs to other dog foods, yes it might seem slightly more expensive. It's not that expensive, you are paying for the quality. Remember you are feeding your best friend. Give them Lily's and they will be your best friend forever. It's so good I'd probably eat it.

A bit pricey, but my dog loves Lilyโs Lamb so much! You can tell the ingredients are top notch! No nasty smell either. Recommend for picky pooches!

proper food !!!
...and it is, it even smells like food humans eat, and it doesn't have any nastiest in it. Read the ingredients and they're nearly all ingredients we us in our own food. Our CKC loves it, it's 1 of her favourite flavours

Best Organic Holistic food I have found
I Have written the same review on another Lily's Kitchen Product (as I use most of them) After reading about Lily's Kitchen in the daily mail, it made me realise that I should take a closer look what goes into dog food. I didn't know anything about 'animal dirivatives' or how dog food is made. Searching about this on the internet I found lots of information - some shocking information on Youtube. Plus The Shocking Truth About Commercial Dog Food by Mike Sagman. So I started cooking my own dog food and buying food from Lily's kitchen. All I can say that my two Jack Russells (Ellie and Lily) not only love the food, but they seem much more healthier. - Ellies tummy rash has gone - which was such a worry. I guess she must have been allergic to soya or wheat or Gluten - which there is none in Lily's Kitchen food - I'm very happy. I have tried different types of food from there (dry and wet) and the dogs love all of them. Also I found that changing to different can food fairly quickly does not upset their tummy. By the way I have bought Lily's Kitchen book for dog recipies. It's great. Has giving me ideas on different meals that I cook for them - I usually do this once a week. I have bought most of the herbs that the book recommends - I put a couple of tablespoon full of each in one jar and mix it. Then all I need to do is to add a couple of teaspoons full to whatever batch of meal I cook (usually make enough for a couple of days). Yes Lily's Kitchen products do costs more than other commercial dog food, but well worth it. After all I love my dogs and want them to be with me for a long time.

Great food
Lily's Kitchen produce the very best dog food. Josie had recurring colonitus and the vet told me she would probably spend much of the rest of her life on drugs and for a 7 year old dog this was bad and expensive news. I tried various foods to no avail and then decided to bite the bullet and pay out for Lily's Kitchen as it was cheaper than the continuous visits to the vet. I have now also purchased their excellent Dinner for Dogs recipe book and cook for her myself, supplementing with the Slow Cooked Lamb Hotpot when it is not convenient to cook. And you know what - it has worked a treat for the last 9 months!!

Excellent food
I searched a long time to find a good quality rewarding healthy food for my dog. I came across Lily's kitchen and was amazed at the ingredients, all organic. This maybe a little pricey as I have a large breed dog and he does not have one every day but I felt it was worth the price. On opening the tin it smelt good enough for me to eat let alone Max! I will definitely be buying again.

Superb quality but expensive.
We were trying to find a decent food to induce our fussy younger dog to eat his meal before his brother snaffled it. This is it. Used as a mixer with pellets he is now eager to feed. The food smells good and has plenty of fat (which dogs adore) not the mass of cheap brown jelly filler used by most rivals. We have tried all the Lily's tinned varieties and both dogs now remind us when it's time to eat. Problem solved.
