Too early to really notice any gains but this protein powder mixes very well in a shaker and tastes like it's supposed to. I got the iced latte flavour which is great if you like coffee, not very strong at all but I added a little decaf coffee into mine to make it a bit stronger. Pair this with creatine powder and you've got a great combination. When I think about it. I worked out yesterday doing triceps and chest. Triceps in particular don't take very long to start burning post workout. Oddly enough I feel very normal today. Just a mild soreness. So I want to believe this is doing something. Well priced as well given most powders for a month's supply are £50 and over.

On my first two tastes of this flavour, it tasted quite strong of latte. But I got used to it and find it quite nice. Hubby doesn’t like it at all, so it’s literally 50/50 whether you will like it!

I bought the iced latter flavour - I am a coffee lover but I couldn’t haven’t the taste. It tastes more like a vanilla drink with a stronger underneath taste of coffee rather thank like coffee. Smells great though! Good value for money, no clumpy ness.

I have previously tried the Iced Latte flavour in a popular alternative brand but they discontinued the flavour. I tried the Bulk version to see if it was as nice and to my surprise, it was much better. So creamy, even though its made with water, and so far it seems to mix easily with no residual lumps. Great that it has caffeine in it too for the energy boost. I will definitely be buying this again

NOT grass fed whey. I purchased this as it says it's grass fed whey, my previous/first purchase has the label on the front conforming. My latest purchase didn't so I queried it with customer support and they confirmed they have removed the label to provide transparency that whilst their cows are fed grass it's not solely grass. So it can't even advertised as grass fed. Very disappointed.

Great flavour great value for money you did have to shake for couple of minutes to get the finer lumps out but we'll worth the money

I won't use any other brand, the range is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone. Banana is my favourite closely followed by the cafe latte

E' la prima volta che le ordino e, dopo aver provato tantissime marche che avevano sempre quel retrogusto chimico o troppo dolce, finalmente ho trovato qualcosa che riesco a bere con piacere. Il gusto è la cosa che mi ha colpito di più: è esattamente quello del latte e caffè. Non è un sapore vago o troppo artificiale, sembra proprio di bere un cappuccino freddo o un caffellatte appena fatto. Per chi come me ama il gusto del caffè non troppo intenso, è il massimo, soprattutto la mattina o come spuntino post-allenamento. Un piccolo accorgimento che mi sento di dare riguarda la preparazione. Ho notato che non sono proteine che si sciolgono all'istante con due girate di cucchiaio. Bisogna agitare lo shaker con un po' di energia e per qualche secondo in più del solito prima che si sciolgano del tutto in acqua, altrimenti rischia di rimanere qualche piccolo grumo sul fondo. Però, una volta shakerate bene, la consistenza diventa bella fluida e piacevole, senza quella sensazione di "sabbia" in bocca che hanno altri prodotti. Le sto usando con l'acqua e sono già ottime così, ma immagino che con il latte (anche vegetale tipo quello d'avena) diventino ancora più cremose. Un'altra cosa positiva è che non mi danno quel senso di pesantezza allo stomaco che spesso mi capita con gli integratori proteici. Mi sento sazio ma leggero. Inoltre, qualità del prezzo ottima.

Sa perfettamente di caffè e latte freddo o cappuccino. Si scioglie abbastanza bene pur non avendo uno shaker. per quanto riguarda la qualità non posso esprimermi essendo la prima volta che acquisto proteine, ma il gusto è perfettamente identico al sapore indicato in confezione e sopra descritto

Also. Eigentlich wollte ich ein Whey, dass einfach nur nach Kaffee schmeckt, ohne Koffein. Aber dieses hier hat zum Glück sowieso wenig Koffein, darum passt das schon. Dennoch merke ich den Effekt stark. Zum Geschmack: Es schmeckt wie Starbucks-Pumpkin-Spice-Latte, nur ohne Pumpkin-Spice. Also sehr süß auch, leider, das stört mich ein wenig, aber ich denke, ich gewöhne mich daran. Man sollte es auch nicht zu heiß zubereiten, weil es sonst leider extrem klumpt im Shaker. Im Mixxer geht aber alles. Für mich ist es wirklich ein mega Produkt, endlich Kaffee trinken ohne Magenbeschwerden oder schlechtes Gewissen für die Gesundheit, viel Extra-Protein und es ist wirklich lecker. :)
