Tangible results.
A thick, dark tincture that mixes easily into water. The taste is strong but not unpleasant: a plain alcohol taste with a hint of herby green, similar to nettle tea. I take this tincture chiefly for water retention/oedema, and it's having a gradual effect. Before starting the tincture I used to have painfully swollen fingers when I woke up in the mornings, and now I don't. I've also noticed reduced swelling around all my joints, a steady rate of weight loss, and an overall anti-inflammatory effect. My skin is much less irritated, and the cough I'd had for months has cleared up. Overall I'm very pleased with it.

Brought for my 6year old granddaughter it helps with her nose when she has a cold as she is autistic and trying to get the knack of blowing her 👃

Don't get ripped off by the directions
the quality of the product is really good however the dose recommendation is to dilute with water 30 drops this is wasting a lot of product when the real way to take this is to do 3 to 5 drops under the tongue.
