Very good product. Very fine powder that actually does not clump together like a batch from another producer l bought from. You DO have to store it in a VERY GOOD airtight container tho.

Lo uso para mezclar en pequeñas cantidades junto con zumo de limón y agua con gas, para elaborar refrescos propios. Sabe delicioso y al llevar fibra no sube el índice glucémico. Mucho mejor que los zumos

Un prodotto straordinario, è ottimo messo nello yogurt, nel kefir, e perché no?, anche nel latte, sia vaccino che vegetale. Qualche cucchiaino lo mangio così, senza niente altro, lascio che si sciolga in bocca.
