Can a List of the Ingredients or a picture of the ingredients list be posted?

The ingredients are in very small print on the box. I took a photo but cannot post it. Seems Amazon only allows videos and I cannot access all my photo files.

How long would one last you if you were to use it om an armpit?

with a thin cover over the armpit twice daily, I estimate that it should last from 3-3.5 weeks in the larger size. I'm uncertain if this particular size is the large size I'm eluding to, but I ordered it and I'll be able to confirm when I do. Overall a really good product.

How easy is it to clean?

I'm not sure what is meant by "easy to clean". It is like any other cold cream. You follow the directions and you will be fine.

can I use a sun screen cream on top of this?

Not sure, but Don't waste your time or money on this cream, because it doesn't work at all.
