I have used this hair oil for years. It smells great and helps keeps hair moistured, and helps hair growth

I don't know about growing hair for bald heads. But it certainly helps my hair grow. Plus it smells incredibly nice.

No it's not used like a hair mask; it's just rubbed in / massaged into the hair similarly to how one would rub /massage body lotion or cream on to one's body. It's mostly used on Afro-textured or kinky hair.
