How many tablets per water amount?

One tablet for a cleaning cycle. The water is added based on the your machine instructions

Cleaning versus descaling??? Is this meant to go in the puck as a cleaning tablet for the back flush or is this supposed to be put into water /disolve

In my machine these go in the water tank and then after dissolving, the machine runs the descaling solution through itself to remove any build up of lime. I bought these in lieu of the tablets from Miele because they seemed like a more economical product, but they are tiny so I have to use 3-4 tablets to equal one from Miele. I’m going back to the Miele ones. Cheers

Are 3 of these tablets equivalent to using 3 JURA Capresso tablets?

No idea but I use 1 tablet for cleaning my espresso machine and it works perfect. The water container has the size of 42 oz. If your machine requires 3 tablets of jura still I would initially use only one and see. Better less than too many!

How to use it with breville barista pro? The manufacturer said to use descaling liquid in the water tank

Not sure about your model, but with the Jura espresso maker here at work, these tablets need to be dissolved, then added to the water tank when prompted by the descaling cycle on the machine.,
